Being a food lover, I always love to try new dishes. This seems so delicious and different. I will definitely give it a try. This also looks healthy for other family members. Zucchini Soup is my favourite kind of Soup. I think I already found the perfect recipe, but I also want to try new ones.
I usually do my soup really simple. Just Zucchini, two to three potatoes, a pinch of muscat and cream because I like it creamy :P
At last, I season them with salt and pepper. It is so simple but so yummy
But your recipe sounds delicious! I will try it ASAP and tell you my opinion.
By the way, there is something I want to know: Do your kids help you with cooking? Mine do … well, they try, at least.
But mostly they eat the food that I just cut nicely from the counter … That’s why I use antimicrobial coatings from nano care on my counters, so I don’t have to disinfect the counter every time. Especially in times of Corona, this is super helpful! You should think about it

So there is this place called La Balmesina, I haven’t been there yet but it has just recieved the prize for best pizza napoletana in Spain. It’s organic and made with sourdough! I’m not sure though if you care for pizza at all… ;-)

I love this simple yet tasty soup. I substituted the quinoa for cooked buckwheat I had on hand and I topped with coconut yogurt, chilli flakes and some chopped pistachios- delicious :)
