I really LOVE this salad! Already made it several times; very easy and delicious! I didn’t have sumac at home the first time I made it so I used za’atar as replacement and I definitely recommend to also try it a time. Now I always use a combination of za’atar and sumac and it’s great! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!

Delicious except I should have used light olive oil. Mine had a bitter taste. The sharpness of the dressing is tempered nicely by the avocado. I also left out onions and added spinach and cucumber. Roofing Companies Parker

Your citrus salad looks divine. My other favorite is the Citrus Salad from My New Roots. We have a ridiculous quantity of avocados (three giant trees), so any excuse to change up ways to use them is great! Avocado pudding, anyone?
