Also whenever I have left overs I throw it back in the pan for breakfast on high heat and stir fry it with a couple eggs, a tiny bit of ketchup, and Siracha! It is SO good! This one was the first and it was AMAZING! I’ve never had quinoa but the pictures and easy recipe made it look so appealing that I went ahead and made it!
The dressing gives the perfect amount of flavor! Love this! Will be making more and more from this blog for sure.
