Hi, yes I think oat flour sounds like a great idea instead of the almond. We often swap between almond and oat.

My food processor doesn’t seem to be strong enough. The mix doesn’t really come together so that I had to add water. I tried afterwards to even out the added water with two handfuls of oats. The balls didn’t really firm up, though. Any tips what I can do instead?
