Congratulations on your marriage and your super new look website. My daughter and I have been fans for a few years now and tried many of your delicious recipes. Apart from my own and those passed on from family and friends, I get inspiration from so many sources online and, of course, mention the cookery website and add those to my links page. So I have shared a few of your wonderful recipes and as we become more vegetarian/vegan orientated, your site seems to have the best selection for us to try! Right now, I am being challenged to source as many courgette, marrow and beetroot recipes as I can as we can barely keep up with harvesting our produce from our veggie garden. I have a whole other question : I remember a post about frozen coconut-pumpkin-chocolate squares that I wanted to make for christmas this year, but I cannot find the recipe on your blog anymore… Is it still on it? Could you please give me the link?

In reply to Vera from Lisbon. Recipe finally tried and sooo approved! It is an incredible winter salad. :) Next time, I think I will be adding a few drops of ume plum vineagre to open up flavours.Let's see how it goes!:) :)

Dear GSK,

Firstly congratulations! Secondly I love you blog, your food and recipes. It’s was my first inspiration to try and eat a more vegetarian diet. St this moment however I am pregnant and me and my “sambo” will be parents come en of may. Suddenly we have a little baby to feed and being new to the whole “baby” thing I would like to know what kind of food did you feed your children during the age 0-to what ever age until they started eating “adult” food? How can I give my child a plant-based diet without whilst making sure they get all the vitamins and nutrients they need to grow into healthy little humans? Hoping I’ll be able to nurse but you never know and I really don’t want to have to by formula.
