With the amount of millet etc., it seemed to disappear.]]> Have been wanting to make this for so long but couldn’t find all the ingredients. But was able to make it today, now that everything is in season.
Originally I was attracted to the variety of the ingredients and that it seemed like a healthy and delicious change of pace. It did not disappoint! 💚 So filling and pleasing to both the eye and the taste buds, since every bite was just a little different.

This recipe looks delicious! Though I’m questioning the existence of eggplants, cherry tomatoes, grapes… In a plate of someone living in northern europe (no matter Sweden or France!) early March.
Yes I know that following season to select fruits and veg can be tricky… Especially when end of winter is coming. Though I try to be even more creative and try new combinations with the last pumpkins, roots, etc. And I’d appreciate recipes supporting my creativity 😉 saying that because I work with local farmers a’d they also need our support!

I tried again without the buckwheat but the peas are still raw in the center after 10 mins so I am letting it sit, strained and covered, for another 10. Will let you know how it turns out.
