They were great! and best of all was receiving your Cookbook in the post from my step-kids :) So now I’m cooking and planning like mad. I made the aqua faba version (using almond milk) and added cardamom and caraway seeds to the batter and they are SO tasty! Also easy. Also tasty. Green Kitchen Stories strikes again (also the a i cream is so good that I ate a lot of it with a spoon. I went heavy on the dill)

Hi Joanne, yes you can use other plant based milks. And you can make the blini ahead and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

it’s 50ml of water.

1 dl is the 10th part of 1 liter, therefor 100 ml. half of it is 50ml;)

If I’m making these for myself, can the blini be made and stored to eat later either in refrigerator or freezer? How long should they last? Thanks!
