This is my new favourite afternoon snack while working from home. Love it! I had brazil nuts and did a combo brazil nut and cashew. (liked that some of the nuts remained a little crunchy). I often find cloves too strong so subbed in allspice. Awesome even without the toppings. Thanks for sharing – I tell everyone about your recipes and hardly get mine from anywhere else. Thank you for all the deliciousness!

Yes, it works great to use walnuts instead of cashews.

Hi,
This recipe looks delicious! However, I cannot eat cashews but I am ok with other nuts. Can I use something else? Would pecans or walnuts work as well?
