Wanted to try again tonight, Made the batter a couple of hours before but flipping was no option. i Made them once or two-seater before with more succes. Is the batter supposed to be runny as milk? I’d love to have vegan pancakes options.

Made them with coconut milk and they are deliciously coconutty.

Little tricky getting them to flip without overdoing the starch/flour but with a little experimenting I got the hang of it.

Ended up adding 2 eggs and then they held together. Certainly not as pretty as yours though!

Hi Susanne, no if you use fresh corn you don’t need to cook it. But if it looks little dry you might want to give it a quick boil.

I love to make Crêpes (and every other kind of pancakes too) – and also get so inspired of you Luise and David!
I made these ones some weeks ago: https://www.micadeli.com/egg-free-omelette-chickpea-pancakes/ – also a good idea for a vegan friendly option with chickpea flour. Have a wonderful day!
Cheers,

I remember trying that for the first time in Vietnam and it was out of this world. Thinking i could never re-create its authenticity. But am going to give this recipe a go.

Will try this one for sure and the ingredients of sauce are making it more tempting for me
