Vitamix did a great job with the ingredients. Oh! This looks do delicious! one quick question – where do you find espresso powder? I can never find it! However, it aa great idea!

I am a little late to participate in the competition, but I loved the Swedish way of doing hot chocolate. I also like the fact that you are adding some fruits to it. Summer is not the best for hot chocolate, so I shall try your recipe in a cold type smoothie and see if I shall be successful. Take care and thanks for this wonderful recipe. Personally, I like more Cocoa powder in mine! I’m just a chocolate nut though. Might add some nutella in there :)
